INSURANCE WITHDRAWAL

I am very much happy to being existing customer of Max Life Insurance (Policy Number : 469806772). But some of personal urgent financial requirement I am planning to withdraw my policy. While submitting withdrawal application the concerned person is raising the issue of "SIGNATURE MISMATCH". I also agree that, my signature is looks little bit different than in the application form (which I signed 5 years ago). For my eyes the signature will looks around 60 to 70% same. But your people rejecting my withdrawal application. Please update me with any solution for this issue.
