Dear sirs

UTI card No.4718 6101 0014 8247

I got a Card and returned to them back due to their un commited charges towards annual fee and card charges. I am continuously sending messages vide mail and by post to them since June '07.They never bother to send me a single reply to me. Many a time they send a reply against my mails that my mail ID is not a registerd one and hence they can't reply. Surprisingly last month (Oct'07) they send me the statement to my personal mail ID and in this month (Nov'07) the physical statement to my residence address (Which was regret by them). In between on 13th Oct'07 I made a telephone complaint to their rep. Mr. Vinay and got two ref. nos 70169, 70182 and 70194 . On 12th Nov'07 again contacted Mr. Sachin asked again for the reply from them. As on date I did't get any reply from them rather than the statements adding the service charges every month. This Bank accordin to me, don't have any customer service department and trying to cheat us and take for a raid.
