Passing of personal details to bankers, insurance & networking companies with out customers consent

Sir,

my new Airtel number is 7760770460, till now noone otherthan my family members know about this number which i purchased it 2 months prior. Even on March 1st week or 10th march I've registered my number in DND services when i started getting calls from Standard Charted and ICICI banks credit cards.

Immediately I enquired and got to know that they're getting numbers from this networking companies. I called to the customer care 9845098450, 198 and registered DND and requested them not to expose once privacy or personals to others without his consent. But, till now I'm getting calls from banks, Insurance and other Club companies.

When contacted 198 Mr. Sagar and Bharat Floor supervisors, Bangalore, AIRTEL Customer care centre responded me in bad way.

I'm harrased all the time from bankers and this AIRTEL people are really robbing public in all the possible ways. Even they send an message that "you have been charged for your hello tunes subscription for a month". Even I never went for it. So, I want to take an legal proceeding such that we can change this system of robbing customers professionally. Kindly help me in getting compensation for all the harrasement i've faced by this company.
