Problem with GE Money

I am having problem with GE Money.

I was holding card no. 4211 8920 xxxx xxxx. I withdraw cash once from this card INR 10, 000.00 and paid back to them in subsequent month as 10, 400.00 as 400 Rs was finance charges.

Now they have sent me a letter Vide CUBS/GE/JUNE/2LT/05254 asking me to pay rs 2567.21.This is amazing because this card was closed by me a year before after making payment. As per this letter they have warned me to take legal action against me. This is a clear cut case of harassment's or GE Money thinks that the customer had a plant of tree, Ge Money will raise the demand and customer will bring the money from plant.
