GT I9003
Not getting response

Hi,

Recently i bought a samsung gslaxy S (GT I9003). I tried at home to up grade its firmware but i could not succeed. So i decided to go for a customer care. I went to the customer care which is situated at christian basti (west side building), guwahati Assam. There i met Mr. Pratik Dey, i told him about my problem. But instead of solving my he became busy with other works, i was waiting for him for the whole day. At last he told me to go home, becsuse my problem was not so much serious according to him. He wasted my whole day and hid nonsence behabiour made me very arrogent. Such immannered people should not be allowed to work in a place like customer care. I am really very very upset with samsung. And in future i suggest my friends not to go for samsung.
