Non refund of claims

I have made investment on yearly basis 10000 * 3 years but after three years i am getting only 28000 only, if i invest in rd / some other investment plans i can get atleast one rupees extra against my investment but in hdfc life i am loosing my investment and also please note when i want to invest at that time i made only one phone call but i need to surrender at that time your company rules and regulations is totally different.

i have surrendor my policy on 6th august but after 12 days i.e. 17th august still i have not received my investment amount, in this regard i have made so many phone calls to your customer care centre but still i have not having confident to get my refund.

now only i listen, when you need money you will come to our door step in one time but we need money how many times we have to come to your office / how many times we can make a phone calls to your customer care centers...

you have any policyies against this please explain based on this we can act...
