Deducting of balance

I heared that AIRTEL is a very good mobile company. but they are deducting my balance and said that u have downloading from airtel live but it is totally wrong. one week ago they have done samething but at that time the balance is refunded.now they have refused to refund. i am very upset with the work they have done. mobile no 9996684525
