Balance deduction

Sir,

on 3/01 i got recharged my airtel account with prepaid no :9981972197 but after one day my 30rupee get deducted on the behalf of a astrology pack which i didn't have activated and next day deduction of 15 more rupee for such a activation and then i rechaged on 05/01 only to alk to customer care executives. They use to take our call (50 p/3min) but cut it after saying taking on hold and it happen atleast 7-8 times on 05/1 evening and then they said we are transferring our call to our nodal officer 3 times and cut calls . i spent 7-8 rs that day only in contacting customer care
