RENEWAL OF HEALTH POLICY

I have one health policy from ICICI lombard since last three years. this policy will be expired on 20/08. when i have approached to customer care of lombard for renewal of this policy they have denied to renew it and saying that i have made a mediclaim in last year so we cannot renew it. i have personaaly visited the local branch office of lombard but they also refused to take the cash money for renewal of my policy.
