3 AC coach not available

I was having a Train Ticket Bearing PNR no - 6159959647 in train no 18477 in 3AC from TATANAGAR to HZT NIZZAMMUDDIN, but was not provided 3 AC coach from TATANAGAR to JHARSUGDA on my journey date i.e. 21/07, inspite of paying full fare for 3AC. So I requset to concern authorities to return my balance amount.
