Charging Extra, deducting unnessesary message charges, and trying online verify the costomer authentication

Today I received a call from Airtel Verification Department and name of person calling Me. Ashish, he Says he wants to verify my mobile address and complete name of the person of the address now after almost two years of having got the connection.

The service centers are some times charging two times for the same call or message.

Few days in a month they charge randomly more than the offer we have taken and keep deducting the prepaid money.

This hasbecome a comman feature in Airtel. Anyone who goes to complain are not teated properly, no customer service exists, instead continue to charge adversly make make our balance almost nill.

they are considered worst business people in the market today. I have heard many of our friends complaining the same issue.

please sort this problem and help us exits with less problems in the society.
