Unauthorized shipment

I received a shipment of 3-books by V.P.P. for Rs.500 wide invoice No. ITBC07318792 Dt. 14-Jun-07 siting Order No. ITBC25122 Dt.10-Jun-07 that has not been placed by me. As the V.P.P. was sent to my residential address my family accepted by paying post man Rs.500 thinking it to be a genuine one. And now I am saddled with 3-books that I don't want and I didn't order.
