Deduction of balance

Sir, its matter of regret to inform u that there was deduction from my balance without any notification.i have not subscribed any of your plan.this problem occured in both of my sim.presetly these sims r being used by mom and dad.so i kindly request you to consider my case and solve the problem.kindly deactivate if any plan is active and do not deduce any balance except call and message charges.
