I have a prepaid connection since appx last 6 years 9896601282 . This number is circulated by me at all my level. But the last month feb to till date unauthorised charges are deducted from my account like as value add service those are not activated by me at all. I have complaints against these servive to custmer care any time but there is n fruitful result is to be came. Sir I am a serving soldier of INDIAN ARMY and presently serving in remote area of Jammu & Kashmir.

2. This number is (9896601282) at my home Village - Luhari Jattu Distt Bhiwani, Haryana. My family members are facing a major problem provided by your service. Hence I request you to that please take necessary action on this matter and stop all value add service from my number.

3. I, hope that no more money is debit from my account without my permission or with any information otherwise this seek is to me for a legal action against you.
