But the last month feb to till date unauthorised charges are deducted from my account like as value add service those are not activated by me at all. I have complaints against these servive to custmer care any time but there is n fruitful result is to be came. Sir I am a serving soldier of INDIAN ARMY and presently serving in remote area of Jammu & Kashmir.
2. This number is (9896601282) at my home Village - Luhari Jattu Distt Bhiwani, Haryana. My family members are facing a major problem provided by your service. Hence I request you to that please take necessary action on this matter and stop all value add service from my number.
