Unnecessary sms and charges

I have two airtel prepaid connections with numbers 7893759935 and 8978284130, where in unsubscribed jokes and sent and balance reduced. Inspite of our repeated calls to Airtel callcenter, it continues zeroising the balance.

Can I get refund for this?
