This is to inform you that my A/c statement for my a/c no.55008225815 with state bank of patiala /jagadhri workshop/yamuna nagar (50646) is showing three transactionsOn dt 7/3 vide TXN no.5467/5634/5635 for Rs500/10000/5000.in whichTxn. No5467 ATM WDL for Rs 500 is not made by me.while ATM card was with me in my pocket how this Txn. was made.

Please investigate this matter& arrange to refund Rs500 in my account.
