I have complained for the deduction of Rs.10, 000 from my account

through Axis bank ATM Machine (Badarpur Extension, New Delhi) on 4th August as per complaint

reference no.24/080800000311 and 312949 on 8th August

2011.However, till now any further information has not come from Allahabad Bank.

Whenever I call to there customer care no.1800220363. They never pick it up. Please kindly do something.
