Loan obtaining

I am prafulla joshi. I live in sion- Dharavi in mumbai city. i am trying about personal loans from all consumer finance. but they give me refusal for loans on the basis of resident critera only becoz my income status and employment status is ok.. but the executive of same company ask me for investment and insurance plan. so in the point of view of all consumer finance company i am not eligible for personal loan so i will ask question to them how will i eligible and suitable for investment and insurance plans?
