Cash not dispensed by ATM but transaction reflects online account

Hi

I tried withdrawing 10000 from ICICI Main branch ATM in Koramangala but the machine said error dispensing cash.

No receipt for successful and unsuccessful transaction.

I cannot submit request in icici online account as i do not have the atm id & transaction id (without which it doesn't accept the request) 3

Could some one please suggest best way to go about this...

I plan to visit the main branch tomorrow...
