Not entertaining replies from our side and repeated computer generated letter regarding unauthorised payments

We are having american express bank credit card in the name of Ratan Kumar kandoi director of our company since more than 5 years. We are making payments punctually regularly. But since past one year the bank has debited some unauthorized payments to our card and they are sending computer generated letters for payments of the amount which we have not utilized by the credit card. We have given our replies so many times with full details and evidences but all are ignored. Please look in the matter and do something to resolve the issues.
