I was sold an American Express Credit Card after persistent pushing by a front-line sales exec from Amex. The card was to be a no-annual fee card. To my surprise, I have been charges a Rs 4000 annual fee on my card. I have disputed this but am not getting arefund and am going to close this card. However, I would like to get this refunded.
