Policy given by showing more benefit then actual

Hi,

I bought life insurance policy for me, my son and daughter which is given by showing more benefit than actual. The agent of Amsure shown some invalid documents to convince me. When I recognized that I got wrong policy, I want to surrender it; at that time I contacted to Max Amsure Agents and Customer Care officers with my query. But, they suggested me to continue it for 3 years and surrender it. So I did the same and now I am in a big trouble because available fund I have is very very low then my paid total amount and they are not responding any more. I am senior citizen and I invested my money which I got after retirement which I got by doing by years and years of Govt. service. Now I am helpless and want some ideas and your views in which way I can get my all money which I invested in insurance policy.
