Transfer still pending

Dear Sir,

I had requested for a transfer from my previous company ICICI Prudential life insurance co of my PF to my current organisation. IPRU sent the cheque to the EPFP office in New Delhi to teh foll address: To, Date : 30.07.2010

Regional Provident Fund Commissioner

28, community Centre, Wazirpur Industrial Area,

Wazirpur,

New Delhi - 110052

Present PF A/C No: DL/31806/421

Previous Emp ID : 515611

But still, the transfer has not happened. I have tried calling the helpline but its always busy or nobody ans the phone. Have also sent an email enquiring about the same, but no reply.
