I have savings bank account in UKKUNAGRAM (STEEL PLANT TOWNSHIP BRANCH), VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRAPRADESH, MY ACCOUNT NO IS :

095510011004782. I applied for internet banking four months ago, i got one cover regarding netbanking two months later, then i went concern branch enquired they told that second cover has to come internet banking from mumbai but i couln't get so far. kindly solve my problem.
