Andhra bank atm
ATM FAILURE TRANSACTION

I am C.V.RAMANA with a/c no : 109610025000118, i tried to withdrawn amount from KARUR VYSYA BANK, NANDYAL, NGO'S COLONY Branch using my ANDHRA BANK ATM, I tried RS.10, 000 /-, RS. 5000 /-, RS. 5000 /- respectively but i got succeed for the first attempt and remain two attempts were failed on 07/ 06 . But the amount RS. 10000 /- debited from my account which transactions were failed. I filed a complaint to the manager regarding this on 12/ 07 . But i didn't get my money back yet and today i filed another complaint regarding the same.
