Change of address

This is appi warsi holding credit card no 4196-0749-4752-9823 would like to pl change my address because i have shifted from the previous to my new address as after speaking to customer care representative i had mailed and deposited the new flat agrement to the scb at smarth nagar lokhandwala branch and that i was told that it will be done in 8to10 working days since june nothing has been done after that sevral time requested the customer care but just told 3to4 days yesterday recive call from courier company that my old house is locked and i should speak to c care to up date my address the have given me the consingment no =cc7456944 sir if youl desire to update my address and sent the c card at my new adress or else just i will think youl have not intrested in a customer my new address is FLAT NO 13 1st FLOOR WEST WIND CO OP SOC LTD 3 CROSS ROAD LOKHANDWALA COMPLEX ANDHERI WEST MUMBAIB 400053 I even tried to speak to Mr Shetty nodal officer but there was no answer no body picked up the phone the tel number was 04425349454 then spoke to Mr Danial, MR BIJU, Mr Satish in customer care they requested me to e mail the details and they will arrange a call back and the work will be done so i would like to request you to pl do the needfull and oblige thanks...
