It is our utmost disappointment with Bacardi product ERISTOFF VODKA which we have got on 10th June from Ganpati wines L-2 for our

L-4/5 Store in Sector 29 Yo! China Gurgaon, we have 12 bottles of ERISTOFF and to our surprise that there were dust particlesinall 12 bottles of vodka, we complained about the same to the Bacardi gurgaon authorities SAMMER AND AASHIMA WADHEWA) but there is no response from them till date its more than a month done for the complaint this shows a bad image for the Bacardi India organisation who hire such representatives of company and the company products to handle operations and the people doesnt care for the name of atleast the company. This is the biggest disappointment of my whole carrierof Hospitality industry and it is more or less like a cheating with the consumers what these people are doing with us.
