Poor service, served chicken and prawns for veg order (I am pure vegeterian/Brahmin) and bad behaviou

We were three friends went to Bhagini Palace, Marthahalli, first we ordered for Manchurian Veg as starter and I specifically mentioned to the waitor (UDAY) that we are pure vegeterians. What he served us was not manchurian veg but was chicken manchurian. When we complained about it, he said we had ordered for Chicken Mandhurian only. and for the other order we repeated him four times that we are pure vegeterian and order was for Paneer chilli. This time this guy purposely served us with Prawns.

We complained about this to manager, but he was also with the waitor. They are not even ready to accept their mistake. I want to take some strict actions, when I went to Police Station, Police says that they could not take any action and I have to put complain on consumer court.

I am a pure vegeterian (Brahmin) and I guess a pure vegeterian only can understand what I am going through right now. I want to take strict action against these guys, bcz they don't even realize what they have done. There was not even a single word of sorry but they were blaming us only. Manager, General Manager they all are together. Noone is listeing to us.

Please let me know how can I take actions against these anti socialist? I want to make them understand their mistake.
