Served chicken and prawns for non-veg order

We went to Bhagini Palace and order for veg manchurian as starter and I clearly instructed the waitor that I am pure vegeterian and it is Veg Manchurian. But he served us with chicken manchurian. And we were really very very upset and had repeated 4 times about our 2nd order which was Paneer Chilli, butthe waitor again served us with non-veg PRAWNS. And when we tasted we felt something really really bad and we asked what was that he told we had ordered PRAWNS only. the guy was not at all ready to accept his mistake. We told this to manager and he I guess was waitor's relative only and he did't listen to us as well. When we approached owner he also was not ready to listen to us and told us that why did we came to that hotel when we are vegeterian.

I am a pure vegeterian BRAHMIN, I had never touched non-veg things ever in my life. they made me eat both chicken and PRAWNS that day. I am really really upset, I could not sleep at night because of the feeling I am getting from inside, if feels real real bad and even worst when I see that I could not do anything against these guys. They have their own monopoly and will on what to server to customer.

I even been to Police, but all they could do is register a complain and do nothing. They told me that this is a consumer thing and they could not do anything about it.

I am sure you will help me to take some strict action against these guys. I am writing this expecting some real great help from you.
