Franchise Deposit Refund

We have taken a Franchise of Cafe Coffee day paying 3, 00, 00/- Three Lakhs.

Agreement ended in November and since then we are just being told stories from Hyderabad office and their Bangalore office. Every week they say next week for paying back our franchise deposit.

Now they are talking rudely and saying we don't have money you do whatever you want.

Cafe Coffee day as expected is not a professional firm.

We expected a lot from this company, But the internal employees are rude and talk as if they are roadside vendors.

We don't see any commitment nor passion, which was prevalent while taking money from us.
