Rude manager @ CCD

Visited Cafe Coffee Day while traveling from Mumbai to Bangalore @ khedshivapur highway.

The manager Chandru was pretty rude in taking the order and denied service completely when requested an extra glass for an grande cappuccino. The service manager Chandru also reluctantly gave the complaints book and also didn't have any phone numbers including the outlet number. Dumb staff

CCDhad very rude staff and managers, sworn to never take any CCD products ever again.

Least expected from such a popular brand.
