Cockroaches and bad stench

Hi,

We went to cafe coffee day in TGIP Mall (opposite sector 18) for a cup of coffee today. I ordered a Devils Own (cold coffee) and my wife ordered a Cafe Latte with a slice of Chocolate fantasy cake. Without asking he gave me a large coffee. There were cockroaches on the side of the counter and a terrible stench near the sofa on he left of the counter when I mentioned to the person at the counter he said he could not do anything about it since the pest control people had come in two days ago and they could not do anything. then I asked about the stench and he said that it was due to a blocked drain and has been that way for a few days. he just did not bother. Terrible hygiene at such a well known cafe ..Unexpected... THe health department should be notified about the same. Pathetic
