Stupid management

Hi Dear all,

I just want to Share few think which i saw and heard from staff of cafe coffee day . the company is branded and products are good for customers, but management is very bad, like a stupid . there is no self life for staff . either manager or Team member . salary also less, and work hours is 12. i seen lots of staff crying. when they need any help.even some area managers are also bullshit there, not co-operating with House keeper . dear all friends, dont work in this company its humble request for all my friends.

Please read carefully and then decide where you want to grow, if you join this company and went to other company they will never hire you. its true.
