Not abiding by the Agreement

I took a membership with Chennai Corporate Club in 2003 for a 15 year membership and paid a huge sum for it. When I took the membership the representative from their firm promised that we will be able to use the membership benefits for 15 years without any kind of fees involved and there will not be any annual fees. Following this the clause for annual fee was cancelled off in the member agreement by the manager of the representative. I was promised that an NSC bond worth 10% of the membership fees shall be sent to me within 6 months of taking the membership.

Complaint 1) In 2009 I got an intimation from the club asking to pay the annual membership fees or else the membership shall be cancelled.

Complaint 2) Till date I have not received the NSC bond that was promised to me.

Since these were against the policy agreed upon I requested them for a refund of my membership fees. I sent the request via a registered post more than 90 days back. Chennai corporate club has never responded to my request.

I'd request the consumer forum to help me in getting my refund back.
