No room booking

My name is nirav harshad vora. i am member of club mahindra. i call him to book hotel room in ashtamudi resort for date:-12 nov but it say's that no room avelabial on that time. he have rule that before six month he did not take the booking & when he open the booking on that day all room are booked so what to do can you help me can i get my money back
