Refund Issue With Coffee Day

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in regards with the problem faced by us from Coffee Day office Pune, We were having a fast food restaurant at named Take Away Junction in Aundh, Pune.

Due to location change of our outlet we were in a condition to return the coffee vending machine back to coffee day and the same was been done on (21 March). All the required formalities has been done by us along with rent which we paid on time but we didn't get our deposit amount of 25, 000/- till now.

The machine was been returned in March and still the deposit amount is not been returned to us, and representatives (Mr. Madhumohan & Mr. Punkaj) from coffee days Pune branch are not even answering our calls to solve our problems.

I want a solution for this issue, i want the money back at the earliest. The coffee day officials started behaving very rude. Please consider my issue seriously and please help me for this.
