Not refund the amount paid to them wrongly

The Country Vacations India club (http://www.countryvacationsindia.com/) is not refunding my amount paid Rs15000/- a year ago, the senior person Ms Sonia at Pune office said you need give reason (like medical reason) for refund, i have been requesting since last one year and on the top of that now they are sending me the annual maintenance charges payment request... sheet how disgusting?
