Behaviour of Staff and quality of food

We visited your restaurant located at main road, Ranchi on 3rd –March-12 and our order no. was 226 and TIN no. mentioned on bill 20041005586 (DPI 66110) and total bill amount was Rs. 427/-. The Server name was Mr. Salman A. We had very bad experience because of ill behavior of staff. First of all they served half an hour after placement of order and the quality of Pizza was poor and half cooked.

When we tried to convince the staff, they behaved rudely and non-professionally. We had been surprised to see the behavior of staff representing such branded food chain of world. Such type of staff feels pleasure in playing with image of company and feels proud in eroding the brand image of company.

We would request, please hire professional educated staff rather than illiterate local lad.
