Hotel Sheera, Mulund West
Rude behaviour of the staff

I got very bad and shameful experience with the staff of Hotel Sheera, Mulund west. MR. Navin is i think Asst. Manager of the hotel was very very rude in talking. I gone with my full family of 12 pax in the evening by 7.30 the hotel was quite empty i think only 2 tables were busy. Instead of that also i didn't got a choice of my table in this hotel. They were arguments were like they were serving foods for free. Means we have to sit on the table with they tell us. When i asked the manager to give me contact nos. of owner or management he is not ready to us. Mr. Navin told us to sit where they are giving sit or just leave. I think management should see the behavior of their staff fellow with public. If any one have the contact numbers of the owners or the management plz forward to this complain to the management.
