It to make your kind attention on the above matter, as I am one of your current A/C holder no:-436010200010168 and also holding one EDC Machine TID NO:-33315930, MID No:-000033374360010, Model:- V3.

There is no attention of any complaint lodged by us in a proper time.

Sir, now I are facing a severe problem, as My EDC machine is not working since a Month and my business relation with my customer is becoming horrible, as it is a BAR CUM RESTAURANT business.

So, please do needful as quick as possible.
