On 9th dec. Friday at 6.15 pm I received call from club leisure executive ms. Roma khan and she told that they will send me watch and some vouchers and I am hdfc credit card holder so they are offering it. More than 10 times I asked her DID I hv to pay anything. She told no only to get customer ID I have to follow the online instructions. Then she transfer call to verification dept mr. Sumit kumar to whom also I asked DID I have to pay anything now. They told me that when I will avail vouchers that time I hv to pay. But after following instruction I got sms on my cell that rs. 5, 509 is deducted from my credit card account. I fired that executive that they have cheated me but they told that already money is deducted and now they cannot do anything. They have given customer care no. 011 45738585 since two days I am trying but no body is coming on line. I want my money back. I do not want any voucher or gift. Pls help me out. They have given me customer ID 070185.

Today I saw on net and found that like me so many customers have been cheated by this club.
