Wrong commitment

On 30th july i purchased 2 vouchers from Snapdeal.com for a food joint called MAROOSH EXPRESS in GK - 1 New Delhi. Before purchasing the voucher i reconfimed with the outlet regarding the delivery of order, and i recieved a positive answer. Once i purchased the deal i called them up next week for delivery of food from their outlet.

Everything was going smoothly in the conversation and they agreed to deliver my order. Just when i mentioned about the deal voucher which i had purchased with Snapdeal.com, they completely denied stating that the particular items which i was ordering were not included in deal and also they do not deliver. I asked them to read the deal and they completely denied that its a mistake on Snapdeals part and not theirs. I called up Snapdeal and they also spoke to the oultlet but in vain. I cancelled my deal there and then and applied for a refund for the money which i paid in advance to Snapdeal. I strongly recommend not to use their services as they are a bunch of frauds.
