Manager use abusive language

I want to complained about the manager of McDonald Fun-republic, Lucknow his name is Aashish saxena.

today i went to mc donald restaurants and order a maharajah MC burger crew member told me it will take 10 min time, i said OK i will wait

i wait for 25 min. when i asked for my burger, crew person told me to wait for another 10 min. I told him to cancelled my order and his manager Mr. Aashish came he said wait for 5 min and he serve me a uncooked burger with no tomatoes, onion inside the burger.

When i complain for burger he start abuse me.

I request to McDonald company to take some action to keep your loyal costumer.
