Charging more than mrp on real juice and cold drink

Dear sir/madam,

i ram prakash singh today went to paris plaza which in mau (u.p) nr. gazipur tiraha. Where i asked for mixed fruit real juice and sprite 500 ml. where on real juice printed mrp was rs.75/- whereas he demanded for rs.80/- i refuse to give him and aksed him to provide the bill for charging the same. he denied to give the bill and said, "he dont bother anyone and he give bribes to police ppls hence they cant do anything on him. he dont affraid with anyone, and wht ever u want to do u can do it".''
