Building norms violation, smoke, noise and smell from kitchen

Anjappar Inn has been carrying on with business in Besant Nagar Chennai with utter disregard to health and hygiene aspects. The Kitchen located close to the wall (violating building norms also) emanates foul cooking smell and smoke. The exhaust system makes enormous noise and is a source of irritation and disturbance to us as neighbours. The employees carry on washing utencils and making loud noise well in to the silent hours disturbing peace in the neighbourhood.

There has been no action from the concerned authorities despite complaints.
