ILL TREATEMENT AND FAUDENT NO SALARY PAY

Ausex Corporate consultants/ AusEx RPO is located in Camp area Pune, This company is one of the most pathetic MANPOWER PROVIDER /RECRUITING COMPANY.This company claims to have several clients in India, but unfortunately they don't have any client base.

The strategy of the OWNER, is to treat the staff like slaves and with no respect, he even goes to an extent of misbehaving with the female staff and makes it a point to recruits only female staff.

The Owner's funda is to recruit new and new staff - every month and at the end of the month KICK them off - just because the owner is having a BAD DAY or.. he is OUT OF MONEY AS USUAL. The peculiarity of the Owner is to spend money at the bars taking the team out for dinners... and pay heavy bills for party- thus left with NO MONEY TO PAY SALARY of the employees.

He makes a point to make the employees stay after 6.00 pm by putting ON THE ALARM FR 5.45pm, and calls for a meeting at 6.00 pm, thus making everyone stay till late, the meetings are not fruitful at all.. all they have is most disgusting and time wastage topics which are no where related to company of for that matter business.. most of the topics are related to FEMALES.. and who gets attracted to him.. and what new business he can start.

I would like to request new joiners and also for that matter companies doing business with that RPO to please do not give any business to AusEx Corporate Consultants, as they do not even have a well trained staff... All you will get by associating with them is just DISPLEASURE of false promises and BAD services.
