NON REFUND OF EPF & EPS

Dear Sir, This is to your notice, that I left TRIDOSS Laboratories Pvt Ltd a Division of WOCKHARDT LTD, MUMBAI in the year June'09 and subsequently submitted my EPF & EPS form in Apr'10as per the details & requirements told by the company M/S WOCKHARDT. The form was returned 4 times stating it to be in-complete and finally to the company's satisfaction the form was received on 29th Nov'10.

But the WOCKHARDT submitted the form to the PF Dept on 10th Feb'11 after many reminders and persuance from my side. Since then I have not received any information about the fund details and transfer to my bank A/C. Requesting your goodself to kindlyhelp me on the above mentioned case and expedite the process to get refund.
