Aviva Life Insurance
Non payment of full & final settlement

Hi,

I was employed in Aviva Life Insurance from 15th og June to 19th August. I put in my resignation on the 4th of august and was told that I shall be getting my full & final settlement by end of September. Inspite of my repeated attempts I got no revert. When I called today the 18th of October' I was told that my salary of 23, 000 has been adjusted against trip that I made on company behest to Mumbai & Delhi, because I have not submitted my ticket and boarding pass.

Both of this was not informed to me while I was a part of the organization. Moreover this travel was for the company and not for my own purposes. Also what is even worse is that I had to follow up for the information. This was not forthcoming from the company's side. Since I am not working currently. This money is of importance to me.
