Egarding pf settlement

Dear Sir,

I am kushalkumar dhivare x-employee of bharti axa life insurance company limited and i have resigned from my job on 12th august. My pf no. is MH/48185/9996 and also i have completed all documentations and i come to know that everything has been settled down by the pf office too but still i have not received my pf.

This is my second complaint because i did not receive any kind of reply of my first complaint from you people.

So kindly request you to please release my pf as soon as possible as it is so late now.
